Ann-Sophie Pott, sports psychology expert and systemic coach, specializes in training international clients. As a consultant and DiSG trainer, she leads team and leadership development initiatives with a focus on communication, conflict management, and change management. She is also a trainer for resilience and female empowerment. She supports employees through training and coaching to change on their own and develop further. The aim of her workshops is to create a climate in companies that increases employee satisfaction and motivates them to actively contribute and work efficiently.

Milan Bobek of FBE Praha is our colleague in Czechia. His professional origins are in engineering and psychology. In this sector he developed through varying positions with high responsibilities. He is main author of the book: “Working with people: Textbook of counseling, coaching, therapy and sociotherapy for helping professions”. Today Milan supports his customers with his knowledge, in individual coaching of top and middle management and managerial supervision, being their trainer and coach for leadership, personal development, achieving goals, improving company processes and project management.

Isabell Classen is a psychologist (M.Sc.) and business psychologist (B.Sc.) as well as a presenter, actress, and singer. As a psychologist at the Employment Agency in the field of vocational aptitude diagnostics and as a freelance consultant for various consulting firms in the areas of personnel development and selection, Isabell has a keen eye for individual needs and potential for further development. In addition, thanks to her decades of experience on stages throughout the German-speaking world and on TV, she is the perfect partner when it comes to practicing and improving appearance, communication—both verbal and nonverbal—and presentation skills.

Nikola Dimitrov
Bulgarian Trainer and Coach | Leadership | Lean Management
Nikola Dimitrov of Lean Institute Bulgaria is our colleague in Bulgaria. He holds a M.Sc. in Technology, Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Being a lecturer and consultant, he supports students as well as customers. Nikola follows a training, coaching and consulting approach and therefore always is as close as can be to the customer’s interests and goals. His expertise covers a wide range, at YouMagnus he is a trainer and coach for leadership and lean, also including communication, change and conflict management.
Holger Gelhausen

Mr. Gelhausen is a consultant for New Work and Agile Transformation at YouMagnus AG, was the business consulting director of a large system house, founder of several companies, and worked as a consultant in Seattle and Seoul. He develops concepts that encourage managers and employees in complex environments to navigate their own way. Current projects include innovative leadership approaches for 14,000 executives in the banking world and “Leading in Change” for bank board members. He is a certified Eigenland® trainer and also offers workshops in English.

Claudia Harich

Claudia Harich, who holds a degree in business administration, trains communication, negotiation, and presentation skills at YouMagnus AG, drawing on 14 years of experience as a manager in international corporations and as the managing director of a training company. She began her career at Mercedes-Benz, followed by international assignments at Procter & Gamble, where she was responsible for top European brands as a senior sales marketing manager. She has been a VW-Coaching certified trainer since 2004 and places great emphasis on practical relevance, rapid impact, and sustainability in her training courses.

Dorota Mejri, from LeanQ Team Gdańsk, is our esteemed colleague in Poland. Claudia Schaumburg

Claudia Schaumburg specializes in coaching and training executives in sales and business management. After completing her studies in banking in Frankfurt, she worked in sales and human resources development at leading German banks. She supplemented her practical experience with numerous continuing education courses and trainer training at the GGB Academy. She has already shared her knowledge as a lecturer at the German Education Academy and the German Employee Academy. She refined her methods over many years and recognized that competent, customer-oriented sales are the key to success.

Patrick Sourek has over 18 years of experience in learning and development, has worked as a management trainer for companies such as Lufthansa and Hutchison Whampoa, and has received awards for his intercultural work. His expertise in leadership, intercultural management, and organizational development is complemented by pedagogy and AI consulting. He advises SMEs and multinational companies and has trained over 200 trainers worldwide. As an expert in intercultural leadership, he is a guest lecturer in Germany, Italy, and China. He is also the founder of the Shanghai Leadership Institute and a member of the “AI Future” think tank at Donghua University.

Serpil Uensal

After studying strategic marketing and intercultural management, Serpil Uensal worked in global companies and completed an international general management degree in Madrid and Shanghai. She has been working in executive development since 2005 and has trained several thousand participants in targeted communication, product management, mediation, and team development. She is a certified trainer and business coach (dvct e.V.) as well as an organizational developer specializing in change management. She is also a guest lecturer at Macromedia University.

He began his career in the mineral oil industry before switching to renewable energies in 2004 and working internationally for Spanish and American companies. He founded a company in Cape Town, which he managed until 2017. He has been using the DiSG® model in sales for over 20 years and is a certified DiSG® trainer. He offers training courses in German and English.
